It would not be Fall without countless flannel shirts joining the wardrobe rotation. Honestly, true flannels are just too hot for Fall in Los Angeles since it’s still so warm here. This red and black flannel shirt that I picked up from H&M is perfect! It’s light weight and also great for layering since it’s on the thin side. Despite the guys at work calling me the Brawny man, I love this shirt. I kept it simple by pairing it with jeans and booties for a casual day at work.
Who What Wear Floral Pencil Skirt: Target / Other Who What Wear Pencil Skirts: Black Floral, Black Stripe, Burgundy Black Print, Yellow Pansy / Pink Blouse: Harlow & Graham / Similar Pink Short Sleeve Blouse: Lush, Nordstrom, Nordstrom / Ankle Strap Kitten Heels: Nine West / Pink Satchel: Phillip Lim
Today I’m showing off this adorable Who What Wear floral pencil skirt! I’ve feature items from the Who What Wear for Target collection before on my blog, but this is the first skirt I’ve been able to grab. The Target’s near my house are always sold out in my size, so all the cute pieces I’ve missed out on. Thankfully I was able to get my hands on this adorable skirt. I love this brown and teal floral print so much. Not only is the print amazing, but the skirt is light weight and is actually more of a midi skirt on me. I paired this brown floral skirt with touches of pink. This pink Harlowe & Graham blouse is one of my favorites as well. I got this blouse awhile ago, so it’s sadly sold out but I’ve linked similarly cute blouses.
Stop what you’re doing and hurry over to H&M to grab this dress! This amazing H&M black pleated midi dress is on sale for $9.99. Yes you read that correct! I sadly bought it at full price and when I went online to link it, I realized it’s now on sale so you guys can score this amazing find! I love this dress because it’s casual and chic at the same time. I paired it today with these platform sandals for a day out with my girls. I’ve also paired this dress with sandals for an even more casual look. This is a perfect staple dress to add to your closet and for under $10, you really can’t beat the price.
Black Long Sleeve Bodysuit: Forever 21, Forever 21, Missguided / Similar Black Destroyed Denim Jeans: Shopbop, Express, Topshop / Double Buckle Belt: ASOS, ASOS / Nude Pumps: Ann Taylor, BCBGeneration / Nude Bag: Chanel
Black on Black for today’s look! I love these Fashion Nova Black Destroyed Denim Jeans so much! They are actually way too long for my short legs so I ended up cutting them, thus the ragged bottoms. If you’re short like me and have to cut your jeans and don’t like the ragged bottoms, you could easily hem them or cuff the bottoms for a clean line. Personally, since these jeans are already destroyed, I don’t mind the frayed bottoms. The material of these jeans is so light weight and comfortable, you’ll want to wear them every day.
I paired these blank destroyed denim jeans with a black long sleeve bodysuit from Forever 21. If you’re at Fashion Nova picking up these jeans, they also have similar bodysuits. I recently picked up a ton of bodysuits from Forever 21 who has a huge selection in different styles and colors. I tried to break up all of the black by adding this silver double buckle belt. ASOS has the cutest double buckle belts and they’re finally back in stock!
For today’s Sunday best I went with this adorable Shabby Apple sycamore jersey dress. I love the floral print and the cut of this dress. One of the many reasons why I love Shabby Apple is because all of their pieces are stylish but most importantly comfortable. Shabby Apple offers amazing pieces that are vintage inspired and almost all of their looks are modest. You can find amazing modest church outfits or modest work attire on their site. From dresses to blouses and skirts, the options are endless.
This sycamore jersey dress is from their new arrivals and there are a ton of other amazing dresses to get ready for Fall. I would absolutely kill to have the entire dress collection in my closet. Their dress collection ranges from casual, all the way to formal evening wear. Shabby Apple prices may be a little more expensive than your normal online boutique for some, but I promise you the quality is what you’re paying for. Their dresses are quality material and will last a long time if you take care of them properly.
This post was sponsored by Shabby Apple. I’ll be doing a $50 Shabby Apple giveaway on my Instagram starting Monday October 10, so make sure you join in on the fun!
I just received this amazing box from Influenster! This VoxBox contained Make Up For Ever Ultra HD foundation in stick and liquid form. I was so excited to try these products out! I had seen the liquid foundation pop up on a few beauty blogs I follow, and was curious at how well they worked. In the tube the liquid foundation looked too dark for my skin tone, but once I started applying the liquid foundation with my beauty blender it matched perfectly and evened out. The consistency of this foundation is amazing and I love how light weight it feels on the skin. Oily skin is something I suffer from, and this foundation held up decent. I wore the foundation over my normal primer and it lasted almost all day.
Pink ADIDAS NMD Sneakers / Shift Dress: Topshop / Grey Backpack: Zara (Sold Out)
If you follow me on Instagram, you saw that I finally got my hands on these pink Adidas NMD Sneakers! I had been searching for them in my size forever and finally found them on flight club. The color of these sneakers is to die for! I will say that I got my normal size in Adidas and they were actually a bit snug on my toes. I wish I would have gone up half a size if I knew better. I love these sneaker because you can go casual and pair them with leggings and tee or even pair them with a shift dress like I did today and it still works! Another item I’ve been loving is this grey backpack that I got from Zara awhile ago. This backpack is sadly sold out, but they do have the same style in yellow on their site now.
I’m so excited to be teaming up with this amazing online boutique called Quiz Clothing! I had never heard of them before, but they have the cutest pieces at super affordable prices. Make sure when you log onto their site, at the top left hand corner you can shop in multiple countries, so make sure you have it set right. This setting will adjust the price and sizing for all of the clothes. I picked out this adorable black floral v neck bodycon dress that I’m absolutely in love! If you know me, you know that I’m a sucker for anything floral print. This floral print and especially the color scheme of the flowers is amazing. I paired this dress with these killer wine colored ankle boots. If it wasn’t so hot in LA, adding this leather jacket, would complete this perfect Fall outfit!
PASTEL PURPLE NIKELAB AIR MAX THEA: Nike
If you know me, you know that I love and practically live in sneakers. When I saw this pastel purple nikelab air max thea sneakers I was in heaven! I have the Air Max Thea’s in black, white, tan and now this beautiful shade of purple! I love the fit of these sneakers so much, and they offer stylish support. One reason I love the Thea design is that you can easily pair these with a shirt dress or casual shift dress and it works perfectly together.
I am in love with this blue off the shoulder ruffle tie waist dress from SheIn! I love the cut of the dress and especially love the two layers to the skirt. It’s light weight and when the wind hits the bottom it flows just perfect. This dress screams Spring time, but i think it’s perfect for any season really. I paired this dress with nude sandals and pink satchel. You could easily transition this dress into fall by throwing a black leather jacket and pairing it with heels booties.
